Published by on June 12, 2013

The College World Series is due to start on June 15, and the postseason has already been marked by wild finishes and dominant pitching.

Alex Bregman has been contributing at the plate from the three-hole for the Tigers all season long, tying for second in the NCAA with 104 hits. Despite a sweep of Oklahoma in their Super Regional tilt, Bregman was only a combined 2-for-9 at the plate.

Bregman is a catalyst for LSU and has been an integral part of their success this season. Expect a big College World Series showing from him to keep the Tigers rolling.
